How do I make a claim?

Making a claim online is the quickest and easiest way to process your claim.

For policies purchased from 1st of November 2024:

Your claims handler is Sedgwick Claims Management Services.
You can make a claim via www.submit-claim.ie

Alternatively, you can call the claims handler to request a claims form on (01) 261 1410
They are open Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm (excluding Bank holidays)
For queries on existing claims, call on (01) 261 1410.

Please ensure you notify the claims team within 30 days of your trip ending of any occurrence likely to give rise to a claim.

 

 

For policies purchased before 1st of November 2024:

In the case of a Medical Emergency while abroad you should contact Mapfre Medical Emergency Service.

Complete the Claim Form in full then send it along with the original booking invoice to the above along with all relevant details relating to your claim.


‍For minor medical injuries, you should hold onto all receipts and submit claim on return from holidays.
